Blue Cross Transportation Services
Summary: Blue Cross offers free rides to and from medical services (ie. doctors appointments or pharmacy visits) for Blue Cross Complete Medicaid recipients.
Advanced Notice Needed:
Patients are asked to schedule a ride two days in advance through the online portal or by calling their transportation provider number.
For urgent ride requests, recipients can call the transportation provider number. However, you may have to wait up to one hour after you call for your ride to arrive.

Oakland County Veterans' Services
Summary: Oakland County Veterans' Services (OCVS) provides barrier-free transportation to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Detroit and Ann Arbor for veterans seeking treatment.
Service Fee: No service fee for eligible veterans/recipients.
Advanced Notice:
Tuesday - Friday, OCVS provides transportation from Troy/South Oakland Office building (1151 Crooks Road, Troy, MI). Must be at the building before 8:30am to be transported.
For home wheelchair pickups, call the Pontiac office several days in advance
